| AmendedTerms | Specifies that an agreement event results in updated agreement terms for the overall legal agreement to which the agreement event applies. |
| AmendedParties | Represents a change to the contractual parties to an agreement through the process of addition or deletion. |
| Termination | Represents a change that results in the related agreement being terminated. |
| AmendedAndRestated | Represents a change in terms and or parties where the agreement is required to be restated in its entirety. |
| Novation | Represents a change where certain trades will be moved to a different agreement while the existing agreement remains in place. |
| Superseded | Represents a change where an agreement is being superseded by another existing agreement and the agreement that is being amended is being terminated as a function of this process. |
