We are looking for partners who are able to launch their own practice area, execute a business strategy and deliver results through client acquisition and engagement.

Role

This is an opportunity to a establish a consulting practice based on a shared vision to create a consulting practice based on research, analytics and technology transformation

Responsibilities

· Develop a business strategy, identify clients and execute on client engagements

· Own and manage all operations and resources of consulting practice

· Oversee all consulting functions and manage client projects to ensure success and continued engagement with clients

· Ability to perform consulting functions at the highest level across all levels of a client's organization

· Responsible to defining business strategy for the regulatory practice, drive strategic direction, meet revenue targets, product quality and delivery timelines

· Manages and leads through the management team and/or senior level individual contributors.

· Ability to work with a flexible and independent network of consultants

· Responsible to business analysis, product design, project management, go-to-market strategy, client delivery and on-going support

· Analyze client's regulatory environment, reporting requirements, systems and workflows and develop new workflows and products to improve efficiency, accuracy and reduce operational risks

Your expertise

· Master’s degree in a finance, business or computer science is preferred

· 15+ years of specialized experience in Financial Services

· 5+ years management experience

· In-depth knowledge of the U.S., UK, and European banking laws and governance related regulatory requirements

· Consulting or management experience in capital markets, regulatory and compliance

· Excellent communicator and presenter with a strong ability to sell solutions to senior management
